Refund policy

Returns & Replacements
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Within 30 days (7 days for saddles) we will be happy to exchange or refund your products provided that they are unused or damaged. Please bring/send item(s) in original brand new condition in itโ€™s original packaging with tags attached together with the relevant sales receipt. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The return period for any saddles is 7 days from in-store or online purchase and they must be returned with no marks or scratches and without any conditioning treatment applied. Saddles that are returned marked in any way will not receive full refund. Prior to mailing returns, you must contact us for a return code. For items returned we recommend using an option that provides a tracking number and that the item is fully insured. We regret that we cannot accept the return of the following items: personalized or custom order products; special order products, sale items, gift cards/certificates, books, dvds or videos; supplements; horse health and oral remedies.

Please note: any returned items that have been sent out to the customer via free shipping will be subject to our actual cost of the shipping being deducted from the refund amount.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Please note that our prices are in Canadian Dollars and will be subject to applicable taxes. We endeavour to offer you our best possible prices. From time to time we will offer special prices or promotions to customers on our mailing list. Euro Equestrian retains the right to change prices without notice.
